ipm Werbemittel GmbH takes the protection of personal data extremely seriously. We want you to know what data we retain when, and how we use it. We have implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure that both we and our external service providers comply with data protection regulations.
Personal data
Personal data is information that can be used to determine your identity. This includes such information as your true name, place of residence, mailing address or telephone number. This does not include information that cannot be directly related to your personal identity (such as preferred websites of the number of users of a site).
You can use our online offering without revealing your identity. If you direct questions to us or request it using our forms, we ask you for your name and for other personal information. You may reveal this data or not entirely at your own discretion.
We store your data on especially protected servers in Germany. These may be accessed only by specially authorized persons who are entrusted with the technical, commercial or editorial administration of the servers.
Data in connection with your access to our servers which may possibly enable identification (such as IP address, date, time and pages viewed) is retained for backup purposes. No identity-related analysis is undertaken. Statistical evaluation of anonymized data is reserved.
Disclosure of personal information to third parties
We only use your personal information within ipm Werbemittel GmbH and its affiliated companies. We do not disclose this to third parties without your express consent. If data is passed on to service providers for contract processing, your data are protected by German data protection law. Where required by law or a court order, we will disclose your data to authorities entitled to receive it.
No personal customer data is disclosed to third parties. Exceptions to this are service partners who need this data to be transferred to execute orders. In these cases, however, the scope of the data transferred is reduced to the minimum necessary. Transmitted credit card information – where necessary – can only be viewed by our sales and payment partners.
Right of revocation
If you have disclosed personal data to us, you can have this deleted at any time. Data for invoicing and accounting purposes is not affected by a termination or a deletion order.
Use of cookies
We use “cookies” (small files with configuration information) only when they are absolutely necessary for user functions.
Most browsers are set to automatically accept cookies by default. However, you can deactivate saving cookies or configure your browser so that you are notified whenever cookies are sent.
Children
Persons under the age of 18 should not send us personal data without the approval of their parents or guardians. We do not request personal data from children, collect it or disclose it to third parties.
